NOTICE
A portion of this Management Committee meeting may be closed to the

strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor negotiation
proposals. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.03, at its
December 10, 2008 meeting, the Metropolitan Council authorized the
Management Committee to close a portion of this meeting to the public.
