Recommendation to include SP# 1928-64: US 52 mill and overlay, drainage, ADA improvements, and traffic management improvements from TH 55 to I-494 in Inver Grove Heights.

Scope Change, 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment and Program Year Change: City of Maplewood. #

Recommendation to change the scope of SP# 138-010-018: construct split diamond interchange on TH 36 at US 61 and English Street in Maplewood; to amend the 2011 TIP to reflect the scope change and to move SP# 138-010-012 (Keller Lake Water Quality Improvement) from program year 2011 to 2014.

Recommendation to adopt the draft for the purpose of holding a public hearing and comment period.
